The 394 is a RC4 low profile rectangular rapid connect adapter. A quick release allows you to quickly attach and remove a camera from the tripod. The Manfrotto RC4 attaches to any tripod giving you a great quick release system, just screw it onto the tripods current attaching screw. This is also great for Monopods too. A secondary safety system assures that your camera will not come off unexpectedly. This is supplied with 1/4-Inch and 3/8-Inch camera fixing screws to fit most cameras. 2 built-in spirit levels make for accurate set ups too.
